A few years ago I decided to STOP working for someone else and start my own business so I could carry it on into my retirement years. I started the business as a computer consultant and have set up a few small businesses. But once my work was done I had to go back out looking for another contract. A never ending search. The goal of my business was to set small business up with minimum cost to my clients so it would not be a big drain on their start up costs. A while back I was working part time for a company to get extra money to put into my business. I got hurt on the job through the negligence of management. Not the first time I got hurt though their negligence. Even though they offered me work under the Workman's Compensation Act, it took a year for the damage to heal and still have pain from it. Not to mention all the pain going trough the treatment. But that was the final straw. I decided then that was the last time someone was going to tell me when I had to work and under what condition. Cutting my hours but management not cutting their pay a dime. Everyone working for themselves and not as a team. Supporting those who had poor work habits by carrying extra loads. So I decided to take total control of my life.

I started attending many conferences on small business and went to the Small Business Administration for training and help. At a small business conference I met a young couple that had been struggling to make ends meet. This is their story.

They were having a hard time trying to make ends meet and so his wife took a job. She got a job making $15,000 a year. But at the end of the year they were no further ahead. Wondering why they wrote all there all their expanses down on paper for the last year. Of course the first things that pop out were the extra taxes both state and federal. Then the baby sitting costs and extra gas for going to two jobs. Also they were eating out more or paying more for the quick fix foods. Cleaning bill for the work clothing, car insurance up for the extra miles. The list seems endless. After they put it all down they calculated that she had actually brought into the home $1,000 more and she had worked 2080 hours for that. So they decided to talk to a neighbor friend of theirs that was working out of her home and she talked them into starting a home business. So they gave it a try. First off they already had a list of expenses. They got a copy of the tax forms and looked at what they could deduct by having their own home business. Now they could deduct up to $15,000 a year for a home business. They did not have to make a profit at the business to deduct the money. But they could deduct the phone bill and part of the rent. Car insurance and repairs and mileage and later the whole car cost. Computer cost and Internet cost. They figure they had at least $13,000 a year more in deductions. So they decided that she would declare 3 more deductions on her pay check and they would both put time on the business in mailing. She started taking home almost $300 more a month. That more than paid for the business and advertisement. Plus it gave them extra money every month and they had not made a dime off the business the first couple of months. After the first year they were making more than she was making on her job. So she quit and now she was spending more time with the kids and no more baby sitting expense not to mention a lot of other wasted expanses. Today they both have quit working for someone else and are netting over $120,000 a year and they set there own hours and spend a lot of time together and really enjoy life and there family. Between them both they do not put in a 40 hour week on the business. They continue to look for new opportunities but are very happy with what they have now.

After hearing their story I decided to set up all the tools a person needed to start there own business in the home or in an office setting. So many people are struggling trying to make ends meet. Single parents trying to raise a family and work at the same time, this takes it tolls in time both mentally and physically. With double income families it puts a big strain on the marriage and the kids and still not getting ahead. Retired people trying to live on Social security and not having anything to do day after day or have money to do the things they wanted to do during their retirements years. Handicap people such as myself. I'm hearing impaired. Even the blind or wheel chair bound or house bound person can be productive and make good money. So I put together some good programs including all the information to start and run a business. Software for accounting and building Internet pages for those who want to go that route (I highly recommend this). Also wanted to put together some business and/or products that a person could sell and make a good profit at them. Keeping it simple. But the most important goal was to help build families by allowing people to work for themselves and spend more time with their families. Most employers put the job fist and the family not at all. Now you can change that.

This process has been slow and costly for me. I went through literally hundreds of programs thousands of dollars researching out many business and all the so call get rich schemes out there. Sadly to say they are just that that - Schemes. The only person that gets rich is number one. So please be careful of them. So I decided to build my own system up. Putting together some of my own products and getting distributor rights to other programs that I could pass along. Also wanted honest programs that was fair to my customers and also fair to their customers.

My main program "ITR COMPLETE MARKTING PROGRAM" has a commission of $1000 per sale. This is very cost effective as in ratio to advertising costs. I process the paper work and ship out the program. We have put up a small starter program called 60 Minutes A Day. Good family program, that even the kids can help out on. 60 minutes a day for 6 days a week. You pay the advertisement cost but you keep all the money except the handling and shipping cost and the company ships out the book and program. You have no inventory. We do not make a dime off any of your sales on the 60 minute program. But this program has back end sales that generate additional income for you.

Be careful of MLM (Multi Level Marketing) programs because you are doing the work, paying for the advertisement and paying your sponsor to sit around. Sounds like a lot of managers I know. Stay away from pyramids for they offer no product or service. Not morally right and someone always gets hurt. Only those at the top get rich. Also be careful of programs that require you to buy so much a month to stay in the program and so you can get your commissions. If you don't they get all the money and you have to start over again. Another thing to look at is the commission. They should be at least 50% and much more for small sale items. Look for items that you can sell for less than you can buy locally or can not buy at all locally. Look for items that are hot selling like such as computers and self help books/information, Diets products, CD etc. Look at the ads in news papers, magazines, billboards, the Internet etc. and see what is selling. Try to find things where the market has not already been flooded with sellers. If you have to inventory items you want small items like CD's not big items like a table saws.

The Internet is the fastest growing commerce in the world and it is still new. Cost for advertisement on it costs only pennies for every dollar for conventional marketing. You also have a world market if you choose to have it. A friend of mine invented an item in his basement and is now selling it very successfully on the Internet. Are you doing arts and crafts? How about selling them on the Internet. Can't keep up with the demands then sell for those you have met at arts and craft shows/sales and get paid a commission for each of their sales. There is no limit to what you can do on the Internet and I have enclosed in my site the information and tools you need to make that a success. Turn a hobby into a business. Also included in my package is a merchant account where you can accept credit cards sales. Be careful of buying a lot of computer services and graphic service. You will find that any one can do that and with the help of your local server you can get it up on the air for little or no cost. One special thing about the Internet is that I have met some very special people around the world and that has been worth more than all the cost of having Internet service and it is all totally tax deductible.

I do not recommend anyone quitting their job first as I did. Take your time and work you way up. Remembering that you can soon quit that job if you wish but most importantly is that you are now free to make that decision anytime. With cut backs, down sizing, and possibly falling stock market and recessions you will be in a position to continue on. Even in single income families this is a way to increase the monthly income. Do not ever say it is a hobby but a business and keep your records. Do not let the hype get to you about the quick get rich but read between the lines and if you want to take a closer look at it, order it or call them if they have a direct line. Remember this that no one is going to pay you $100 or more per hour to mail out junk mail when they can hire someone for minimum wage. Junk mail returns is about .5% not the 2% to 3% that they tell you in the flyers. Also wonder why if it is such a good deal and fast money making program why the persons answering the phone is doing that and not out making all those $$$$ off the program.

I have written this report to help people build a better life for themselves and to build better families and independence. I did not put a lot of hype in this report but hope that this report will help you change your life for the better. Also included in the report is lot of the problems that I encountered that were nothing more than rip-offs. Sure it is scary to try new things and to learn new things but if your don't try, it will never happen. Some things you try may not work for you and but will for others.
